    Overview:

    The IT Support Technician will deliver quality technical support to home office and remote locations with the ability to resolve basic to advance problems.  This includes a wide arrange of job duties from basic computer knowledge, installation of programs, to phone and PC / Laptop setups. 



    Responsibilities:
    • Train new and current employees on computer software and phone systems.
    • Ensure computer is set up prior to new hire start date and any related moves.
    • Provide basic troubleshooting skills including software apps; hardware; phone support.
    • Must have the ability to work in a team environment.
    • Contributes to the growth of the business by referring quality candidates into the hiring process.

     

    Qualifications:
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Maintains an excellent working knowledge of the Windows operating system and Windows-based user applications.
    • Posses the ability to deal effectively with users, peers, and management.
    • Impeccable organizational skill / ability to multitask between projects and tickets.  
    • Motivated by the success of others / willingness to be flexible.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010/2013, Windows 7, SCCM.

    • Phone System Experience.

    • Basic PC and Network Experience.
    • College degree or equivalent business experience.
